This 1358mm/53.5” Slimline II full size roof rack kit contains the Slimline II tray, wind deflector and 4 pairs of rail grip feet to install the Slimline II roof rack to the rails of your Volkswagen Golf Variant MK7 . Easily installs with grip feet onto existing factory rails. No drilling required.
All Front Runner roof rack kits come with installation instructions as well as all the components necessary to mount the Slimline II to your vehicle.
Note: Your vehicle must be equipped with the factory rails to use this roof rack kit.
This kit can be removed leaving your vehicle's roof and raised rails in their original condition.
All Front Runner roof racks are backed by a limited lifetime warranty*.
Factory rail kits are designed as a “light” loading solution. Please consult your vehicle owner's manual for the manufacturer's recommended load capacity and do not exceed these limits.
For optimal loading capacity, we recommend that there be no load overhang (excluding sports equipment) and that all weight be distributed evenly across the roof rack.
Factory rail kits are not suitable for extreme off-road conditions and therefore you should consider a different Front Runner mounting solution if this is your purpose.

Note: The load for factory rail shelving kits should not exceed 88 lbs or 40 kg, and make sure the load is distributed evenly.
