The 4x4proyect 2.65 Prerunner Mercedes G 3-5″ Kit represents the pinnacle of suspension for the Mercedes G-Class (diesel or petrol versions, short or long wheelbase). Self-adjusting Digressive Valve

Raising a G-Class by up to 5 inches dramatically changes the center of gravity. Our intelligent twin-piston system manages this change:

• Intensive Use: Automatically increases firmness according to the speed of the impact, guaranteeing maximum stability and directional control in jumps or very broken areas.

ACV Valves (Mechanical Accelerometer)

Inherited from our 9200 series racing engines, the ACV valves located in the separate reservoir act as a hydraulic brain:

• Anti-Cavitation: They multiply resistance to thermal fade by up to 60% , vital to maintain performance on long desert routes or fast tracks.

• Impact Protection: They act as a progressive stop against large compressions, protecting the chassis supports from sharp impacts after an unexpected jump or bump.

Indestructible Stems (63 HRC)

We use imposing 22mm shafts , with the same technology as our Baja-style 9300 Bypass racing shocks:

• Shielding: 3 mm induction hardened and hard chrome coated.

FK Ball Joints and Hi-Degree System

In preparations up to 5″, working angles are critical. We have designed the most robust solution on the market:

• Oversized FK Ball Joints: Withstand radial loads up to 39,000 lbs (150% more than the competition). Includes PTFE (Teflon) raceway to eliminate noise.

• Silentblocks Hi-Degree: The 16mm steel pin features a tilting system that allows full articulation without mechanical stress, protected by polyurethane to prevent noise and wear.

Large Volume Thermal Management

With a diameter of 2.65″ , we maximize nitrogen and oil capacity:
