The 4x4project 2.65 Prerunner Range Rover Kit features the first high-performance suspension designed specifically to maintain and enhance the comfort of the Range Rover P38 . This system includes four 2.65″ shock absorbers equipped with technology previously reserved for professional racing teams, adapted to offer absolute control both on the road and during extreme expeditions.

With Direct-Fit anchors , they are installed quickly and without structural modifications, covering a lift range of 1″ to 3.5″.

Self-adjusting Digressive Valve

The P38 can be prone to excessive oscillations due to its weight and shaft design. Our intelligent dual-piston system solves this problem:

• Refined comfort: A smooth tuning at moderate speeds that respects the premium essence of the vehicle.

• Automatic firmness: As the pace increases, the shock absorber gains resistance to provide the necessary control and prevent suspension bottoming out at the limits of the terrain.

ACV Valves (Hydraulic Accelerometer)

Derived from our 9200 series racing engines, the ACV valve located in the separate cylinder acts as a mechanical brain:

• Anti-Cavitation: Multiplies resistance to thermal fade by up to 60% , allowing long journeys on fast tracks without loss of efficiency.

• Chassis Protection: Offers a progressive transition in the event of large impacts, protecting the vehicle's supports from sharp blows after an unexpected jump or bump.

Indestructible Stems (63 HRC)

We use imposing 22mm shafts , the same technology employed in our Baja-style 9300 Bypass shocks:

• Shielding: 3mm induction hardened with hard chrome finish.

• Extreme Hardness: With a Rockwell index of 61-63 , they are immune to massive flexing and the impact of projections on Off-Road routes.

FK Ball Joints and Hi-Degree System

We have eliminated the usual market breaking points through aerospace cargo solutions:

• Oversized FK Ball Joints: Withstand radial loads up to 39,000 lbs (150% longer service life). Includes PTFE (Teflon) raceway for quiet operation.

• Total Articulation: 16mm steel pin with tilting Hi-Degree silentblocks , allowing the suspension to articulate freely without generating stress on the bushings or friction noise.

Thermal Management: Large Volume Bottle

Our separate bottles are 30% larger , maximizing nitrogen capacity.

The technical benefit: According to the laws of thermodynamics, a larger gas chamber generates less backpressure and heat. This results in more stable, durable, and predictable damping under heavy use.
