This amazing Pizza Pro 30 stone is ideal for the Safari Chef gas barbecue, but can also be used on other gas and electric barbecues and electric ovens. The 12mm thick pizza stone has a heat diffuser for optimal performance (oven) and can withstand temperatures up to 300°C.
The stone is made of heat-resistant cordierite, which is responsible for removing moisture from the mass. The result: a delicious and crispy pizza base!
