Petromax Wooden Spoon
The Petromax Wooden Spoon is the essential tool for outdoor cooking enthusiasts, barbecue lovers, and campers. Designed with a classic style and hand-finished, it combines functionality, durability, and the unique charm of handcrafted products.
Why choose the Petromax Wooden Spoon?
-
100% natural and high-quality material: Made from selected local cherry wood and treated with vegetable oil, which enhances its characteristic reddish tone and the unique beauty of its grain. Each piece is unique!
-
Ergonomic and functional design: Its oval shape and flat handle ensure a comfortable and firm grip when stirring stews, soups and stir-fries in your cast iron pots ( Dutch Oven ) or pans.
-
Gentle on your utensils: The soft wood protects the surfaces of your pans and pots, preventing scratches on the seasoning or coating.
-
Iconic detail: Engraved with the emblematic Petromax logo on the handle.
Cleaning and maintenance tips
To keep the wood in perfect condition and prolong its lifespan:
-
Hand wash only: Do not soak in water for extended periods or wash in a dishwasher. Clean with warm water and mild soap.
-
Proper drying: Leave to air dry in an upright position.
-
Periodic oil treatment: When you notice the wood losing its protective shine, apply a light coat of neutral-flavored vegetable oil or paraffin oil. Leave it overnight and remove any excess.
