El Utility 80 Gen2 Lazer Work Light is a 2018 enhanced heavy-duty work light that represents the best lighting performance through higher intensity and better light distribution, compared to all other work light solutions of comparable size and power consumption .

Only through advanced material and electronic design has it been possible to harness the light output of the 4x20W LEDs in a compact unit to deliver a consistently high level of light output, more akin to much larger products and expensive.

Continual advancements and adoption of the latest and greatest LED technology mean the Utility Series stands apart from other task lighting solutions.

80 watts of LED power deliver 8.820 raw lumens that are harnessed through vacuum metallized ultra-reflective optics designed using the most sophisticated CAD design and light simulation software available.

The result:

More light distributed over a larger area. The 50 Lux line, defined as the minimum effective illumination for working outdoors at night, is achieved at 19m, and with a 13m span (mounted at 3m with a 20 degree downward angle).

Additionally, the LEDs have been carefully selected for their color temperature, and have been shown to maximize definition while reducing fatigue and strain that can come from using higher color ranges.

The consistently high level of light output is maintained through an innovative CAE-optimized 'Matrix' cooling system; the increased surface area ensures that heat generated during lamp operation is more efficiently dissipated outside of the unit.

This process allows to maximize the light output for a longer time, simultaneously the Electronic Thermal Management system optimizes the light output considering the environmental and thermal conditions of the lamp.

Lighting performance aside, the Utility Series is a product built to last and withstand the harshest of environments.

The lamps have been extensively tested to meet EU regulations for vibration, shock, corrosion resistance and water ingress, and along with super-rugged construction, advanced electronic design ensures EMC protection. full for CISPR. -25 (Class 3).

Supplied with male / female Deutsch connectors (part number DT06-2S / DT04-2P). The Utility 80 is available with a choice of 'wide' or 'thin' mounting bracket.
