The 4PD-LRD215K kit is the ultimate solution for the Land Rover Discovery Series 2. Self-adjusting Digressive Valve

Forget about compromising between stiffness and flexibility. Thanks to their dual-piston technology, the 2.65 Prerunner shocks work intelligently:

ACV Valves (Mechanical Accelerometer)

• Fading resistance: Reduces cavitation and increases fading resistance by up to 60% , allowing intensive use without loss of performance.

High Hardness Stems (63 HRC)

We use 22mm rods , the same ones that equip our 9300 series competition Bypass shock absorbers.

• Extreme shielding: 3mm induction hardened with hard chrome coating.

• Resistance: With a hardness of 61-63 Rockwell , they are designed to withstand impacts and corrosive environments far beyond conventional standards.

FK Ball Joints and Hi-Degree System

We have eliminated the weak point of standard suspensions by installing industrial-grade components.

• Extreme Loads: Oversized FK ball joints capable of withstanding up to 39,000 lbs of radial load (150% longer service life).

• Running silence: Standard PTFE (Teflon) band to eliminate noise and rattling.

• Superior Mobility: 16mm steel spindle with Hi-Degree tilting silentblocks that allow maximum articulation without premature wear.

Advanced Thermal Management: Bottles 30% larger

Our separate, oversized bottles have a clear thermodynamic purpose: to increase nitrogen capacity.
